It’s a little odd to have a smiling picture of myself when this website is essentially about my grief, but there you have it. What else can I do but use my only professional headshot? I do have another one, but it seems a little too sexy, which would also be weird. But, my Mom always wanted me to be smiling and happy, so one out of two ain’t bad!
My Mother passed away on April 1st, 2021 and it’s been a difficult journey, but this podcast has helped me sit with my emotions and feel my grief. Through my ramblings and musings, I have been exploring my spirituality with a healthy dose of skepticism and curiosity. I have also been trying to step into the pain and complex hurt that we all inevitably feel when we lose a parent.
I hope that if you listen, you are able to take something away from my thoughts and experiences and you don’t feel so alone.
